Mr. Austin is described as a black male, 6’00” tall, weighing 180 pounds, brown eyes and short black hair. He is driving a 2007 Isuzu Ascender 4-door, silver in color with Florida tag G63-4WQ.
Mr. Austin is endangered as he suffers from early stages of dementia.
