G4S Prisoner Transportation What: Deputies have released the results of the overnight countywide DUI Wolf Pack.
When: Pinellas County deputies along with various local law enforcement agencies conducted the county-wide DUI Wolf Pack from Friday, March 3, 2017 through Saturday, March 4, 2017.
Where: The DUI Wolf Pack was conducted throughout Pinellas County.
Why/How: In an effort to reduce DUI related injuries and deaths, Pinellas County Deputies in conjunction with the Belleair Police Department, Florida Highway Patrol, Gulfport Police Department, Kenneth City Police Department, St. Petersburg Police Department, and G4S Prisoner Transportation conducted a DUI Wolf Pack operation in Pinellas County overnight.
The results are as follows:

14 DUI
3 Possession of a Controlled Substance – Misdemeanor
2 Possession of a Controlled Substance – Felony
4 Driving While License Suspended and/or Revoked with Knowledge – Misdemeanor
1 Driving While License Suspended and/or Revoked with Knowledge – Felony
3 No Valid Driver's License
2 Felony Warrant
1 Felony Violation of Probation
1 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 Violation of Driver’s License Restriction

The operation was part of the Sheriff's Office on-going commitment to reduce deaths, injuries, and property damage associated with traffic crashes related to impaired driving. The goal of a Wolf Pack is to educate drivers and create public awareness about the dangers of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and any chemical or controlled substances.
