What: Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating an armed robbery suspect who may be linked to six separate armed robberies in Pinellas County.
When: The armed robberies occurred from September 2015 to January 2016. Robbery 1: September 15, 2015 at approximately 9:00 p.m. Robbery 2: October 3, 2015 at approximately 08:10 p.m. Robbery 3: October 3, 2015 at approximately 9:35 p.m. Robbery 4: December 17, 2015 at approximately 9:58 p.m. Robbery 5: December 26, 2015 at approximately 3:25 a.m. Robbery 6: January 14, 2016 at approximately 9:53 p.m.
Where: The six robberies occurred at four different locations in Pinellas County:
Sunoco gas station located at 6771 46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg Circle K located at 7101 54th Avenue North, St. Petersburg Johnnie’s Food Mart located at 5591 Park Blvd. North, Pinellas Park Sunoco gas station located at 6800 4th Street North, St. Petersburg
Why/How: Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating an armed robbery suspect who may be linked to six separate armed robberies in Pinellas County.
According to detectives, the robberies occurred between the months of September 2015 to January 2016.
In all six robberies, the suspect enters the store, armed with a handgun. He points the gun at the clerk and demands money. The suspect then leaves the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. During one robbery, the suspect was seen leaving the area on a bicycle.
The suspect is described as a white male or light skinned black male, approximately 5’10” to 6’2” tall, 170-175 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, carrying a backpack. During the robberies his face is concealed by either a white or blue bandana.
